    I am at a place, where every thing is messed up here & there.
    So how can I arrange all the things, such that I will able to find item easily & in less time. Please guid.

    Lots of time is wasted due to inefficiencies at the workplace. try to figure out the things which are consuming most of your time. See how can you do it in less time.
